Διαμέρισμα κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης με κλασικό ύφος και χαρακτήρα, κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο, εστιατόρια και καφετέριες. Θέα προς τα Μετέωρα που το βράδυ λόγω της φωταγώγησης μαγεύει!!! Ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο, ευρύχωρα, άνετα υπνοδωμάτια και απολύτως λειτουργικός χώρος της κουζίνας εξοπλισμένος με ότι απαραίτητο για να εξυπηρετήσει ανάγκες οικογενειακές.
Όλα βρίσκονται σε ακτίνα εκατό μέτρων γύρω από το τετράγωνο σε θέση που θα μπορούσε να χαρακτηριστεί και ως κέντρο (απόκεντρο) χωρίς φασαρία. Μόλις διακόσια μέτρα από το Μουσείο Φυσικής Ιστορίας Μετεώρων και Μανιταριών, όπως επίσης διακόσια περίπου μέτρα από το Μουσείο Ελληνικής Παιδείας.
