We loved the amazing views from this hotel. Looking over the rooftops to the huge rock formations of the Kalambaka monastery area, lit at night. Two monastery’s in view from our balcony. Building is older, clean but rooms uncomfortably small and bed needs replacing.

Great location and view from our room. AC worked great. Breakfast was not included and cost 7E per person -- not worth the money for what you got. The room safe was broken and the fridge was not very cold or clean. Pool was OK but no service provided there. Pool bar was not operational :(. The property needs a good upgrade.

My time at Edelweiss Hotel was wonderful. The receptionists were excellent . They knew what their job was and performed professionally, politely, and with good knowledge! LOCATION IN THE CITY CENTER. VERY GOOD BREAKFAST. THE STAFF VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT BECAUSE HE TOLD ME TO GO OUSIDE THE POOL BECAUSE I HAD A LONG SLEEVE BATHING SUITE FOR MEN AND HE DID NOT RECOGNISE THIS ONE.THE WORST IS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SIGN ADVISING THE FORBIDDEN USE FOR THIS CLOTHES.
