"Kitchen was very well-equipped, with a lovely big fridge. Appreciate the laundry machine available. Older place so a bit worn and dusty in places. Very spacious - yet somewhat awkward for just relaxing in. Single beds were not comfortable so we placed tri-fold mattresses on top. Orange duvet covers not a pleasant material to touch. We could not get hot water in the tub so we're not able to enjoy it! Air conditioning was good! Nice neighborhood. Lovely plants and birds just outside!"

"I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. "Breakfast buffet was great. But time to stop imposing the silly Covid-era measures in the dining area, all of which have proven to be without any scientific or medical basis. If there are guests that complain about removing such measures, they should just stay at home with their neuroses and not bother to leave their homes. Other than that, what a lovely dog friendly place to stay! The pool is great; I would just ask the management to consider revising the morning opening times which make it difficult to enjoy the pool and onsen, in addition to taking breakfast. "

"The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel."
