"Allen’s Hotel is a nice budget friendly hotel. The staff are very friendly. The room was cleaned everyday and they changed the towels everyday. It’s outside Kapsabet town. They can do better with their breakfast options. Very limited variety of food and it was so little for the number of people who were rewinding there. "

At first the staff asked me to cancel my booking and re-register at their rates, which was impossible to do via the Orbitz App. Then they finally gave me a room after much wrangling. Morning came by, I started to shower then the water was cut-off a minute into it. Totally frustrating exprerience!"

"This place was definitely not as advertised, it is not family friendly or safe for a foriegner, AND all you have to do is ask any local, i wouldnt stay and they would not give a refund, but if Hotels.com continues to advertise them falsely I will have not only the BBB .. I did take my family to a more reputable place across town"
