"Pros: Het huis was ondanks de hitte buiten, goed koel te houden. We zaten op de begane grond en het huis is tegen de berg gebouwd dus aan de achterzijde geen buitengevel. "Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie sie auf den Bildern aussieht, hell, sauber, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an der Straße, es war trotzdem ziemlich ruhig und die Aussicht auf die gegenüber liegende Pferdekoppel sehr entspannend. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. "We loved our stay. The location was beautiful and the hotel staff made things so nice for our family. Pros: location, view, restaurant, bar was terrific, amusement park across the street, restaurant with kids menu, easy access to town with the funicular, beautiful hiking trail to the castle, the restaurant manager was so nice and accommodating Cons:funicular had very long lines going back to the hotel (over 1 1/2 wait with toddlers), a fast pass for hotel guests would have been awesome, we ended up paying 80 euros for the rides during our stay, no outside playground for kids or even a place to run around, breakfast was ok but not worth the 100 euros for 4 days. The hotel seemed to charge for everything. We paid extra for a room with a sofa bed and then were charged 30 euros a night for sheets and a pillow?? They charged for water, coffee , milk for the baby, onsite parking Having said this, we loved the hotel and the staff and would recommend it!"

"Basic, efficient accommodations. Unusual entrance via a parking garage elevator. Staff was gracious and helpful. Room was clean, good beds, and had a fantastic view of the Schloss. No AC so be aware if the weather is hot. They did provide a fan which helped but the room was hot during the day. If your goal is to visit the Schloss and you want something in the heart of town, it’s a solid option."

"Lovely, small hotel situated right by the river and uni campus in the old town. Our main floor room was large, clean and bright. No AC but there was a fan to cool the room at night which worked well (we visited early July during a warm spell). Front desk staff were lovely and helpful. However be sure to take note of the limited front desk hours if you are arriving after 15:30. Breakfast in the cellar was charming and delicious!"
