"Our 3-night stay at Sudima Kaikoura was initially off to a rocky start. We had earlier informed the hotel that we would be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary but there were no special arrangements made. As we settled in to wind down for the night, we were disappointed that the in-room TV was faulty. Duty Manager Adil personally came to try to rectify the issue. Upon finding it unfixable without further disturbing our rest, he offered us a new room with an ocean view. Adil also saw to our requests with speed, initiative and demonstrated professional excellence when he greeted me by name. We are grateful that Adil repeatedly went the extra mile for us. As such, we will reminisce our stay at Sudima Kaikoura with fondness."

"Enjoyed staying here and will be back. Stayed in the standard cabin with no bathroom. Room clean etc although we had a random cockroach in the room which could have come from anywhere. Staff really lovely and friendly. My son had fun on the pedal karts and the bouncer. Pool great and warm enough to swim in. Bathrooms clean and tidy. A few minutes walk to town and beach. Will def come and stay again. "
