Nice location, good condition

It is a very nice hotel. It locates at the shopping area. Staffs are friendly. The only thing is that they charge 500 yens the first time you use their spa. Since the staff at the spa did not speak English, we have to wait until the next day for the English speaking staff to know that we get charged.

コストパフォーマンスは最高です!

歴史を感じさせるホテルでした。街の中心に立地していて、温泉とサウナがあるのは良いですね。朝食も丁寧にサービスしていただきました。手頃な価格であるにもかかわらず、充実した滞在になりましたので、オススメです。

立地は最高、

大浴場も含め全体的に老朽化が目立つ。とは言え、温泉の質も良く、繁華街にある立地から、コンビニも近く、食事にも困らなく満足。もう少しリーズナブルで有ればより嬉しい。2泊で19000円くらいでした。

サウナ最高！

施設内の浴場もサウナも大満足でした。 朝食はしっかりとした和食で美味しかったです。 部屋は年季を感じましたが、きれいにして会って、清潔感もあり、十分快適でした。 また、機会があれば、泊まりたいですね。

立地条件は最高

天文館の中心にあり、飲み歩きには最高の立地条件です。 天然温泉とサウナがあり、良かったです。ただ、部屋が暗く快適な環境ではなかったです。

不錯的酒店

地點方便.附近餐廳很多,就在天文館通旁邊,酒店內有溫泉 員工非常幫忙,我想印東西,他們也想盡辦法幫忙,再去鹿兒島一定會再住

Very useful place to Tenmon-kan.

This is cheap and convenient hotel. The room was cleaned perfectly. Amenity is free at reception. There are toothbrushes and shampoo in the bathroom. This hotel has a sauna, but it is for men only. This was a little disappointing.

溫泉只招待男士的酒店

酒店位置在天文館通內，購物及美食十分方便。酒店設有收費的停車場。附近亦有停車位置，泊車不成問題。酒店職員很有善。房間不算小，但整體清潔度不高。值得注意的是溫泉只招待男士，另到太太有點失望。

飲食店街にあり、夜は賑やかな場所です。近くのスーパーで買い物も出来て便利です

当日が金曜日だったせいか、夜中2時、３時頃まで、ドアの開閉、風呂の水の音等で眠れなかった。 部屋のアメニティも、もう少し充実して欲しい。 朝食もバイキング式の方がいいです。おかずが少し足りないと思います。 フロアの、フリーコーヒーがとても美味しいかったし、化粧品(化粧水、乳液、クレンジング、洗顔石鹸)も助かりました。 総体的に、良いホテルだと思います。

The hotel is located at Temmonkadori and just a couple mins walk to the city tram. The room we stayed is tatami style which is spacious enough for 3 guests. They have onsen indoor but for men only.
