This resort has large grounds and so many features you will enjoy looking at. Every nook and cranny has another interesting water feature, pool, river side, sculpture etc etc. staff are great and very helpful. Breakfast really good and substantial. The rooms are big and have separate sitting areas, big floor to ceiling windows with plenty of light. The prices are low and value is great.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Very relaxing hotel. Kids loved the slide and pools. Comfortable beds, spacious clean room, o.k. breakfast. Food in Nabi Café was very tasty, but service was slow at times. Big minus was motor noise from early morning until midnight. Suggestions for improvement: Sun beds by the slide pool, more than one key for 4 people, new curtains in rooms, hand soap by the bathroom sink, bedside lamps, hooks for clothes. Staff were super nice and arranged interesting excursions for us.

Comfortable stay, great location for national park
Very much enjoyed our stay. We were in the area doing a tour of the national park. The deluxe jacuzzi room was spacious and comfortable although the jacuzzi didn’t have very hot water.
Meals at Nabi Cafe were excellent and inexpensive. Be warned though, they’re very spicy. English isn’t very widely spoken so google translate came in really handy. The staff were mostly very attentive although on one night service was very slow. The hotel was very busy on Saturday night and the deserted Sunday and Monday night.
Nice property, but the room is a little dated and not so well maintained. We booked this hotel and specifically the room with the hot tub JUST so we could enjoy the in room hot tub. But the hot tub in the first room spit out black much when we turned the jets on. The phone didnt work so we have to go back and forth to the front desk to try to deal with the problems (and our arrival was late in the night). Finally they switched us to another room. The phone worked, and the hot tub was a little better but still spit out some dirt. So we spent so much time filling up these tubs just to be disappointed. What was supposed to be a relaxing 1 night getaway in the mountains soaking in the tub ended up being a hassle that was not relaxing. DO NOT stay for the hot tub because you may be frustrated as well. Otherwise its a nice property that has some issues with being maintained and age. The staff was nice, but there could have been some kind of customer service concession to make up for the problematic stay.
Hotel is not being kept in the best shape. Room and bed sheets are not really clean. Fitness is very old and canines do not work. Breakfast is very basic and breakfast room was not clean. The pool was being repaired.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
But all this seems to be ok for the little money the nights costs. So value for money is reasonable.
Hotel complex is nice and surrounding is very nice too.
Nothing to do at night. Next stores or restaurants are 3km away. But a good place to venture out into the National Park.
I booked 2 standard room for 2 nights, when we arrive the hotel gave us two seperate room that far from other but after I insist to move to the room next to each other the manager yield us.
