The rooms are clean the property a little older , squeaky beds , staff nice , did not use hot tub . Kitchen nice to have . Truly on the beach noisy at night . Good location , next time will stay at Kaanapali that is more lively

The hotel is older but its clean and nice. The people are friendly. I love watching the ocean from our lanai in the morning. The location is amazing. Close to black rock for snorkeling and whalers village for shopping and restaurants. It was a 4 minute walk to whalers village and about 4 minutes to blackrock. The beach is amazing. This really is one of the best beaches in the world. The Ohana pickleball club is a few minutes from the resort which was a plush. The vallet crew were very friendly. Especially enjoyed my interactions with Ron. I would stay here again. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit cup and the banana bread from the little store they have at the hotel.

The room was very nice. I suggest the west side of the building for nice beach view. Beautiful surroundings, only surprising disappointment was unfriendly staff. Over all a great vacation. Mahalo

We enjoyed our stay but the big negative is that there is no hot tub for kids. So our kids got cold sometimes when swimming but there was no where for them to warm up. This don’t feel family friendly. But the pools were gorgeous and the it was all very beautiful and welcoming outside of that one ...

Friendly staff, nice pool. Decent rooms. Restaurant was not good and very overpriced; worst meals of the trip. Odd that you have to request your room to be cleaned, and 24 hours in advance. The keys were terrible; deactivated constantly.
