The room was nice. Very noisy in the evening. Bring earplugs. I had two bites of breakfast and that was plenty. Not good at all.

I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down. A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and won't go swimming before then. Only one restaurant on site which couldn't make the fresh juice on their menu because they said they were too busy. There were like 3 tables out of a 30 tables full. No aircon in the lobby areas. There were several other ones I could talk about but yeah again it says 5 stars but its more like 4. If you think you're getting a good deal because you see 5 stars you're not. Spend the extra money and go to an international Hotel brand. If you want a 4 stsr hotel with pretty decent villa then stay here but keep expectations low like I did and you'll be good

The laundry fee is so pricey. It should be discounted.

Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi và hiện đại, mình rất thích phong cách thiết kế, nhân viên thân thiện vui vẻ, nhất là anh Đạt lễ tân, mình thích phong cách phục vụ tận tình của anh ấy, người belt door lúc nào nụ cười cũng sẵn trên môi , vui vẻ hoạt bát, bữa sáng trên tầng 41 với view rất đẹp, thức ăn ngon.
