Delayed check in. Had to wait over an hour after check in time 3pm. Got room key after 4pm. Check out was at 12 noon, room wasnt available but several people were rooms were checked in immediately. Requested convenience fee and valet parking to be refunded.
This is how they treat gold status with complementary room upgrade. Never staying there again. Management was emailed without response.
One thing positive is literally across the street from LA live

This place was dirty and in a sad state of repair. The refrigerator was filthy the bath tub was full of cracks and holes, and dirty (I could not take a shower, the bathroom or room didn’t have a sink.
