The staff needs to be trained on customer service. I work in customer service as a manager, and the staff at the counters not only looked like they had just woken up, with messy hair and no make up and dark circles under their eyes. They looked miserable. No smiles, no help, and no information. Here is your key, and bye.
The food staff was excellent at all locations. The cleaning staff was all smiling and very welcoming.
Why a daily resort fee? A resort fee should be a one-time charge.

.The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, and it's a very quiet place. The only issue for me is that some of the furniture is starting to look old. Other than that, this has been the place where we have stayed for the last six years, visiting two to three times a year.
