"This was an unusual hotel. First, it was located in an industrial area, away from convenient access to the town. Second, our stay was over a weekend when absolutely no one was there at the desk for the entire time. But the advertised pool was not operational, there was very spotty internet (so bad you couldn't write emails), no soap in the bathroom (we had to buy our own), all the complimentary items never were refilled, and once the door to our room was open when we returned from a day trip. Lastly no one was available to talk to about this since the reception was never staffed....
