Das Appatrtment war sehr groß und ziemlich neu eingerichtet. Teil eines normalen, großen Wohnblocks, in dem auch Familien ständig wohnten. Allein die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern (1 p.P. für 4 Tage) und Gläsern und Tassen war dürftig.
