This is a beach front townhouse. Magnificent views of the bay and just a stone's throw from Dobbyn Park, white sandy beaches and jetty. Just sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful sunsets. There is common use of the pool, and toddlers wading pool, BBQ and grassed areas which are for the sole use of guests staying at the complex. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven and cooktop.

Sleeps 6 guests - 2 x Queen beds and 2 x King Single beds.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

Each unit has 2 x bays for parking. Parking for medium sized boat

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
