Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was einem einen kurzen wie langen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich macht. Die sehr helle und modern wirkende Wohnung hat als kleines Schmankel Kunstwerke. Die Wohngegend selbst ist sehr ruhig. Keine 60m weiter gibt es eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahn. "

"Wir waren zu zweit und fanden die Wohnung sehr gut geschnitten. Für Menschen, denen das Treppensteigen keine Probleme bereitet, ist die Aufteilung perfekt. Die Wohnung wurde schön renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Schade ist allerdings, dass dies zu wenig gepflegt wird und Dinge, die defekt sind, nicht ersetzt oder repariert werden, so z. B. das Rollo und die Spiegelbeleuchtung im Bad, der Wasserhahn in der Küche. Und die trostlose Terrasse ließe sich mit wenigen Handgriffen gemütlich herrichten....
