"Staff were good. Room was perfect. Breakfast excellent. Bar facilities seem to cater for young people with blasting music. We used the Empess hotel to have dinner and drinks in a calm setting. The only thing that lets the Sefton down is the bar and no restaurant for evening meal. "

"Pass code given to us for the front door of the annex and was easy to use. Accommodation was beautiful,immaculate and the welcome touches were much appreciated. There is also a seating area in the garden for use. The annex is located in a quiet area which was perfect for us but also not too far from a decent sized co-op (and other shops)if we needed any groceries. We would recommend this to anyone thinking of having a break in the fantastic Isle of man. "

"Room was clean and had everything we needed but was at the end of a corridor with no lift access. A person with mobility issues would struggle to get to the room using stairs only. Breakfast was good lots of options and plenty of food on offer. "
