FULLY RENOVATED!!! All new flooring, cabinetry, countertop, bathroom tile and fixtures, furniture and more! Tastefully decorated and sun drenched condo, perfectly suited for a luxurious vacation.

Short walk to the BEACH and HEATED POOL situated alongside Jupiter's favorite restaurant, The Twisted Tuna. This unit is located on second floor with an elevator or stairway only a steps from the door to the condo. Located in a sought-after community, this stunning unit has been completely updated from top to bottom.
This unit boasts a bright open floor plan with tasteful finishes throughout. New tile flooring, Italian frameless cabinetry, stone countertops, and spa inspired bathrooms with all new tile and fixtures. All while overlooking a tranquil lake, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

For your comfort, the condo features central air conditioning, private washer/dryer, and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the other includes a shower/tub combination.

Both bedrooms feature a king size bed with linens and a spacious closets along with smart TVs. **GUEST BEDROOM CAN BE SET UP WITH TWO TWIN BEDS, as opposed to a king bed, UPON REQUEST AT TIME OF BOOKING**

Additional sleeping arrangements include a comfortable pull-out couch, with a queen size mattress, in the living room.

Stay entertained with Smart TV's equipped with streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Convenience is key with stair and ELEVATOR access to your unit, making it easily accessible for everyone.

Just a short walk to the beach, you'll love having the ocean at your doorstep. Craving great food and atmosphere? You're also within walking distance to the popular Twisted Tuna restaurant.

Enjoy resort style living with community amenities that include golf cart service (for a fee), tennis courts and a pool, perfect for relaxing or soaking up the sun.

PARKING: ONE PERMIT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR RESERVATION. IF YOU WILL HAVE MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE, ADDITIONAL PERMITS CAN BE PURCHASED BY TENANT FOR $25.00 EACH.
