"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. "The hotel was very nice the only problem is that they are expensive when it comes to food. Would be nice if they would lower prices down to what you pay at other places. Example a microbrewery beer is 20000 won and you can go to a microbrewery 500 meters away and pay half the price. A Tera cost 12000 won. I use this as examples but food was expensive as well."

"I loved my business stay at Sono Calm Yeoju, so this time I chose Sono Calm Gyeongju. First of all, I really liked the location, and having a hot spring within the resort made it even more appealing. I still don't quite understand why hotel guests only receive a 20% discount for using it, but I suppose that's common in Korea, where pools and spa facilities are often charged separately. That said, the breakfast was excellent, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay. While rushing to check out in time for my train, I accidentally left my jacket behind. When I contacted the hotel the next day, they kindly shipped it to me that very same day. That was truly impressive service. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return with my family next time. I was also happy to learn that pets are welcome."
