"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "Despite the initial difficulties with booking on-site at the hotel, the rest of the stay turned out to be wonderful. The staff were friendly, and special thanks go to Ms. Saga from Sweden, the front desk manager, who resolved all inconveniences and misunderstandings with the staff. We highly recommend the hotel due to its excellent food and proximity to the city center. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. Everything went wonderfully, just as we had expected."
