Yes room was clean and tidy. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. House keeping were also friendly and kept the room clean and made sure everything was available such as soap, water etc. House keeping staff NAEEM was very nice and helpful, always greeted me and made sure room was clean and always asked if I needed anything. The hotel was ok, but was disappointed when we checked out, as I was told by the receptionist that we had a mini bar bill in our room, when we never wven touched nor took anything in the fridge / mini bar. We were in a hurry tonleave for the airport, we did not have time to argue with the receptionist. I think the person who went to checked our room had something to do with it. Very disappointed, as it would have been very positive with our stay at the hotel, but at the end, we lost trust. We would not stay at the hotel again when we go back in the future as we do not want to be charge something we do not use again.
