Enjoyed our stay.
A very nice well equipped cottage located in a beautiful area within walking distance of the beach. Beautiful walking trails and easy access to groceries and other amenities. The owner was responsive and provided all necessary information and made himself available for any questions. If travelling by plane from another country, please carefully check to see whether bedding and towels are included, and arrange for the purchase of the bedding package if not.

Excellent stay
We had a great stay in Julianadorp. The location is wonderful - close to the beach and bike trails. The owner communicated well and the place was comfortable and spacious as advertised. The kitchen was well-equipped though missing a few minor things.

Great accommodation and surroundings
We had a great time as a family in the holiday home. There is enough space and everything you need is there. The kitchen is especially well equipped. The contact with the landlord was reliable and uncomplicated. They responded immediately to any queries, even on site. We will gladly come again!

Wir waren eine Woche dort. Leider war das Haus in absolut unhygienischen Zustand und eine Reaktion des Vermieters kam dazu leider nicht.

schönes Haus in guter Lage
Das Haus bietet viel Platz mit 3 Doppelzimmern und 6 Betten. Die Einrichtung insbesondere die Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine, Sauna, Heizung und WLan/DSL ist sehr modern und auch hat alles funktioniert. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich. Die Lage zum Strand ist super und nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider können wir keine gute Bewertung abgeben. Das Haus war in einem sehr unhygienischen Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist sehr veraltet und überall über längere Zeit nicht geputzt worden. Überall waren Spinnweben, viel Staub, Backöfen, Kaffeemaschinen, Toiletten und Waschbecken komplett verdreckt. Das Internet hat bei keinem der Mitreisenden auf dem Handy funktioniert. Es gab keine zwei Badezimmer, wie angegeben und der Trockner hat gefehlt. Alle Utensilien in der Küche mussten vorher nochmal gereinigt werden. Des Weiteren war für diesen Zustand und dieses Mobiliar die Wohnung dem Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Vermieter hat uns lediglich die Reinigungsgebühr von 70,65 Euro erlassen. Trotz allem können wir Julianadorp an sich empfehlen. Das Meer und die Dünen waren sehr schön und auch viele Nebenorte waren einen Besuch wert.

Ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen im Haus, drinnen und draußen .Sehr ruhige , saubere Anlage . Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Empfehlenswert, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben das Haus in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand angetroffen. Vorhanden sind drei Schlafzimmer mit großen, bequemen Doppelbetten, durchaus geeignet für sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Modernes, großzügiges Bad mit Fußbodenheizung und bodengleicher Regendusche. Schön der hygienisch optimale und pflegeleichte Hartboden im gesamten Obergeschoss. Stellplätze für mindestens zwei Autos. Das gesamte Grundstück, bis auf die Terrasse, ist mit Muscheln bedeckt. Hinter dem Haus/der Terrasse verläuft -abgeschirmt durch einen begrünten Erdwall- der Weg zum benachbarten Campingplatz. Für die Abgrenzung sorgt zudem ein Kanal. Die Geräusche der wenigen vorbeifahrenden Autos sind nur schwach wahrnehmbar und haben uns nicht gestört. Sonnenschein von morgens bis abends ist dafür der Vorteil der Lage. Ebenso ist die Terrasse kaum einsehbar. Die Küche ist modern und funktional, als Kaffeemaschine ist eine Senseo vorhanden. Der Boden im Erdgeschoss ist gefliest und pflegeleicht. Das moderne und große TV bietet einige Deutsche Sender. Einen Wäschetrockner haben wir ob des guten Wetters nicht vermisst. Der Elektrogrill funktioniert prima und ist gut zu reinigen. Wegen der Reetdächer ist offenes Feuer verständlicher Weise nicht gestattet.Die Infrarot-Sauna funktioniert gut. Sie ist wegen des sonnigen Wetters nur einmal zum Einsatz gekommen. Der Eigentümer war stets gut zu erreichen, freundlich und entgegenkommend.
