  • The apartment is cozy and comfortably furnished and has a living-dining room with a French balcony, flat screen cable TV / div. German programs, DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, 4-plate ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and Lavazza espresso machine. Nice bathroom with sink, shower cubicle and toilet. A comfortably furnished bedroom is with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment offers space for up to 4 people. The underfloor heating in conjunction with the double-glazed windows guarantee comfortable use, even in autumn and winter.
