On the ground floor is the large L-shaped living room with French doors at the back and side of the house. The living room has an open luxuriously equipped kitchen with a dining area. Also in the living room a fireplace which is lovely to light up in the colder months. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, combi fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Also on the ground floor is the lovely sauna and 2nd bathroom with rain shower. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with 2x single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. 

The villa is located on a spacious plot of 500 m2 with a large sun terrace facing south and is situated on a canal. Which is also lovely after a long day... completely unwind in a spa pool and enjoy unobstructed views of the dunes.

There is a modern beach pavilion on the beach which is open all year round for a tasty snack and/or drink.
