"The cabin itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. However, I do wish the road leading to the cabin had been explained more clearly. The road is unpaved and has a lot of rocks, making it extremely difficult to drive up if you have a low car.Unfortunately, we also were unable to sleep in the bedrooms because we could hear rats throughout the night. "We had a great stay. The food is a bit expensive at the hotel, the wi-fi did not work the whole time we were there but the views, access to the lake, thermal waters, islands, use of kayaks, paddleboards etc. was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was good, the rest of the food was ok, a bit overpriced. We went to Asaditos - best food ever overlooking the lake for a decent price about 20minutes from the place back up the hill/road toward San Salvador. Lake is amazing - would definitley come back."
