The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children. The house is lovely - the bedroom separated from the house is very hot and was a little dirty but that’s partly because of the bear stone. It wasn't very clean, there was a very odd smell in the gite, and there were some weird 'quirks' like random items in the wardrobe, lots of non-essential things not working (like the playstation), and it just felt a bit unloved which give it a weird vibe. It's a shame as it's a massive property with really nice big rooms and lots of space for everyone."
