Located in the heart of Germany is our beautiful, modernly furnished holiday rental for up to 6 people, featuring a cosy covered patio.
It’s situated in the idyllic little village of Barlissen, between Göttingen, Hann Münden, and Kassel.
Everything is within easy driving distance.
Highly recommended for families, friends, coworkers, and tradespeople—everyone is warmly welcome here :)
In our beautiful, spacious holiday rental, you’ll find:

Two bedrooms, each featuring a high-quality king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) to ensure you get the most restful sleep possible. Fresh linens are included in the rental. A smart TV with Netflix included, bedside lamps, and nightstands with built-in USB ports and outlets round out the amenities. Storage space and places to hang your laundry are, of course, also available.

The living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa that sleeps two people, along with a smart TV featuring Netflix.
For younger guests, there’s a convenient play area with a table and two chairs.
If needed, we can also set up a workspace (height-adjustable desk and office chair) in its place beforehand.A standing fan for warm days is also available.

In the large and cosy kitchen, with plenty of counter space and a wonderful view of the patio, making your morning coffee or tea and cooking your daily meals is much more enjoyable. and of course, there’s a wide range of basic appliances, including a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, range hood, electric kettle, air fryer, toaster, microwave, and a fridge-freezer combo.

The harmoniously designed dining area seats up to 6 people; here, too, a smart TV with access to online services ensures your comfort.

With its cosy and stylish decor, the bathroom invites you to relax and unwind; it features a bathtub equipped with a modern rain shower, and the LED mirror with an anti-fog function can be connected via Bluetooth to make your time there more enjoyable with music.

The entryway offers plenty of space for your coats and shoes. It’s equipped with a large full-length mirror, which is very practical.

There’s also a small storage room. It is equipped with an ironing board, iron, drying rack, clothes pegs, vacuum cleaner, dustpan,...

Now we come to the beautiful, large, bright, covered terrace, which features a large table with 6 chairs, including cushions. It’s a real pleasure to sit there and enjoy each other’s company in the fresh air. Its proximity to the kitchen makes it perfect for cosy outdoor dining.
A charcoal grill is also available for your use.

High-speed internet is available throughout the entire apartment.
All Smart TVs, except for the one in the dining area, have satellite TV. All TVs are connected via LAN and are also Wi-Fi capable, allowing access to a wide variety of app services.
