They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. "Unsere Buchung war nicht im System, obwohl 2 Monate vor dem betreffenden Datum schon mit der Unterkunft telefoniert wurde, da es damals schon Probleme gab und die Buchung für den falschen Monat übernommen wurde. Man konnte uns zu zweit nur noch ein Einzelzimmer anbieten, in das ein Klappbett gestellt werden musste. Durch das Bett ging die Tür des Badezimmers jedoch nicht mehr richtig auf und wir mussten Möbel aus dem Zimmer stellen um es überhaupt rein zu bekommen."
