"Villa Bet Alfa is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking to spend time in Barahona Province The staff are excellent, private cooks and helpers are available (for a little extra), and the place has all the amenities and conveniences you will need. Despite saying no WiFi when we booked, we were happily surprised they installed a new satellite system recently. It’s much needed as we had no cell reception otherwise."
