"We rented the entire house for a brithday weekend in Providence. Each floor was very chic in its own way. Beautifully decorated. Homey and inviting. All of our group raved about how comfortable the beds were. House is centrally located to all the things you could want to do while staying in Providence. And felt very safe/secure with keypad locks on all the doors. The hosts put thought into every aspect of this rental. They were quick to respond to messages and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again when in Providence."

"Super responsive host, which is always the most important thing. Minimal needs to communicate but when we did it was easy and addressed :) location is convenient! Stairway is a bit narrow but that’s about it :) "

"The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away."

"Our stay was okay overall. We were assigned a basement apartment, which are very small. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not comfortable, and we noticed a few strands of hair on the bed sheets. Being in the basement, we could hear a lot of noise from both above and neighboring units, which made it difficult to fully relax."

"The automatic information sent about the property was detailed and sent on time. I sent a couple of inquiries asking if there were extra towels or blankets and those inquiries went unanswered. The apartment was very clean and the sheets were soft. If you enjoy a hard mattress, this is perfect for you. Bed was too hard for me and I had to get up in the middle of the night to stretch because it was painful. Rest of my family also found the beds to be too hard to be comfortable. Soundproofing of the building needs to be improved, could hear people upstairs coughing and their tv playing. Stairway from first floor is hard to navigate because there are not enough bannisters to hold on to if you are carrying suitcases. Owner states they are working on the building so hopefully they will add more bannisters to safely navigate the stairwell. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean and there was a dedicated parking spot."

"It's a cute space inside, especially the kitchen, but the pleather furniture was not comfortable. Michael had a little snack basket for us and the cooking basics were there. On the down side for me: Parking was a challenge, even though off street was nice to have. It was dark and hard to navigate to the front of the house. It was city neighborhood type loud, traffic, sirens and the occasional yelling neighbor at 2am. Lastly, the air "freshener" plug in was out of control. As soon as i walked in my eyes were watering. I thought it was from the cleaning but when we got back that first night it was worse, so i unplugged it and cracked the AC to clear the air. It's very hard to find something in this area, so i would prefer to stay in PVD at a hotel rather than here. I'll give Michael 5 stars for trying to be a great host!"
