"Villa Stone was homebase for my daughter and me during our trip to Plitvice Lakes. Mata (sp?) was a great host who was welcoming, communicative, and made us a great breakfast. "Zivan was an outstanding host and made planning our visit to Plitvice Lakes so much easier. He showed us exactly where to park and even pointed us toward a local entrance with hidden viewpoints that were completely empty—such a special experience. The apartments were simple to find, very clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There are a few restaurants and shops nearby, all reasonably priced, but the best meal we had was the one Zivan and his wife cooked for us. It was absolutely lovely. These apartments genuinely feel like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return."
