THE SPACE
Palm Vista Retreat is a modern minimalist 3 bed 2 bath home recently designed for a convenient and serene experience.

Less than a mile from the West Park entrance with a lot of incredible attractions, hikes, and opportunities to star gaze.

In the heart of Downtown Joshua Tree with convenient access to local restaurants, farmers market, art galleries, and more!

Sit down and star gaze at night next to a mesmerizing glass rock fire pit. (fill and re-fill your own propane at nearby gas station).

Heat up the grill and share a meal outdoors (bring your own charcoal).

Enjoy the indoors as well with a fun game of Monopoly, Jenga, Uno, or Connect 4!

The kitchen comes fully stocked, with a coffee and complimentary basic supplies such as salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Both bathrooms include towels, wash cloths, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and hair dryers.

Joshua Tree NP so close by
This house was a nice retreat super close to the park. We were very busy, and unfortunately didn’t take advantage of the hot tub, but it sure looked inviting. Carter had it warm and set to right temp. Next time! We had our dog with us. We needed a place with a fence. This house worked perfect. We even found a nearby dog park. Extra plus. Carter was a great host. His communication was spot on. We would stay again. That’s a high recommend from me.

The dishwasher is broken. The coffee-maker is not clean. When the bottle of water is pored and heated in the kettle, we saw many particles float. Shower water is not enough hot.

Joshua tree staycation
My boyfriend and I booked a mini getaway at Joshua tree. This was the only place that allowed dogs so we were relieved. The backyard had so much space and so many things to do. The trip was basically booked for my dog. Seeing how much fun she had with all the space made me so happy. Everything was clean, the set up was super cute. We used the pool, jacuzzi, and hung out outside on the hammock all in a few hours since we only booked for 1 night. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for having us!

We stayed one night here when visiting the park. It is very close to the park entrance which was a huge plus. There are also a few restaurants close by to eat at. Carter was great at communicating - there was an issue from the previous stay but he made sure the issue was fixed with minimal impact to us.

Everything about this house is great! The pool is refreshing, the hot tub is relaxing, the hammocks are comfortable, and the stars are beautiful! The backyard was great for photos shoots and the check in and check out process was easy as well. A big shout out to Carter for being an amazing host! Thank you for helping me make my birthday weekend so special!
