"Excellent location. Had booked a falls view and was told I had booked a “river view” which was on the 4th floor too low to see falls. We were offered a higher floor if we downgraded to a non suite. With 3 travelers we wanted the pull out sofa in the suite. Which we did not use as it was not at all ..."
