"Clean room, gently staff, good location, very comfortable "

"The bedroom had the tiniest roll of toilet paper we had a 4 night stay and had to keep asking for toilet paper. The room keys would get deactivated so we would go to our room on the 3rd floor then had to walk all the way down to the lobby to get it reactivated.That was a hassle . The hotel has no elevator so be prepared t walk up the stairs . Nobody offered us to help with our luggage . Rooms are very hot inside . At least there was a fan . Online the hotel gives a price then They charged us 5% to use a credit card. Even at the restaurant there was an additional fee for using a card . The room service stole my personal towel . I told the front desk and they said they had to wait until the next day to ask the room service person . Overall beautiful hotel with a pool the service at the pool / bar was great but there were several things they should correct !"

"We had a comfortable 2 nights. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have AC and a fridge. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the pool, but it looked clean. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to the bus station. Would recommend. "

"Even though initial check in was ok. Assigned rooms were awful. Old, raggedy, and bad shape overall. Breakfast was good. On shift crew was organized and efficient. However pool and jacuzzi activities and personnel were disorganized, incompetent and not customer oriented."

"We really loved our stay here. The room was beautiful, clean, and had amazing views. It was unique; waking up to those views was unforgettable. The staff was so kind and attentive at all times, even checking on us when we were away to make sure we were okay. I wish we had more time to stay, but every moment was exquisite.
