"The staff makes the experience very special. We felt like we were in a movie. The food is spectacular and the breakfast is plentiful. They brought around a menu as well to order from and it was all complementary (breakfast). Carol was wonderful on our Cava tour and the entire place is special because of the hospitality that is provided. The rooms are also very clean."

"Checked in when room was ready at 2pm, wifi didn’t quite reach our room and kept dropping. Toilet seat was loose. Had a fridge but could not make it cold. Door squeaked hugely. Breakfast was good, some fruit and cereal options. Juice provided from dispensers or cartons. Machine coffee passable. Free ample parking if driving and you better be because restaurants are far."

"Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged by this hotel is probably influenced by the fact that there are few hotels in the area. This is not value for money and I would avoid staying here if at all possible."

Acomodates for tour buses too, accessible elevator, large free parking area. Large, meticulously clean dining room with full brkt buffet & omelet bar made to order."
