  • Visit a piece of Downtown Joplin history - the historic train home. This property sleeps 16 comfortably, and comes with full access to the inground pool, gated courtyards, exceptionally appointed kitchen, koi pond and botanical garden views, with a wine grape vineyard overhanging the main area of entryway.

    Kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, microwave & gourmet gas range. Multiple grand fireplaces, gentlemen’s lounge, and large living room on the main floor. Upstairs library seats 8 at the table and room for more downstairs in the dinner nook.

    The Theater/Game is perfect for gathering to enjoy a movie or watch TV! Homes are equipped with most all essentials!
