Quiet and Comfortable! 5 minutes away from parks/hospitals

The Grand House is located toward the south part of town in a very peaceful area! The house is 5 minutes from hospitals and schools. It is walking distance from restaurants, parks and trails! This house is perfect for a small or large group of people! Do you want a nice, quiet place to relax or do you need a place that is kid friendly and can accommodate several people? We are perfect for both groups! We have a ring camera on the front door to enhance safety and security for our guests! It is important to register the correct number of guests because we get our houses ready based on that number. There are no visitors allowed at any of the houses for safety reasons. We provide a high quality stay at a house with a big back yard and lots of amenities!

Great Home

Great place in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. Communiation with the owner was great and check in and check out was a breeze. Any issues we had was addressed quickly. All the beds were very comfortable & clean. The furnishing and decor were lovely. Great location. We were within minutes of restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies.

The home was outstanding. Extremely clean. Appreciated the water and snacks left for us. Planning on staying there again. Our daughter lives in Joplin. This will be our go to house to stay when visiting.

Great house, great host!

Excellent property for a family stay. Property is exactly as described in the listing. Wonderful, large kitchen, comfortable family room, well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Neighborhood was centrally located in quiet neighborhood. Generous host, leaving cookies, and snacks! The host was very responsive and easy to contact. Would recommend this property to all!

This was the perfect home for our family for a three day stay for graduation. Everything was super clean, comfy and had everything we needed! Property manager was very accessible and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!!!

Well appointed house in a quiet neighborhood.

Almost everything we needed to relax and prepare food over a long weekend was provided. We chose not to grill food on the back deck as that would have necessitated buying charcoal and trying to figure out how to clean up and dispose of the ashes. Easy to find and accessible to the sites we wanted to visit.

Great stay! I cannot say enough good things about this host!

The app was having glitches and Shelly went above and beyond to work with me to try and resolve the issues. We eventually had to speak over the phone in order to fix the app glitch issue, but we finally figured it out. She responded promptly to all my questions before my stay. Her communicated was top-notch even DURING my stay! We were in a thunderstorm warning/watch and winds and hail advisory during our stay. She reached out to me to check on me during the inclement weather and directed us where to go in the home in case of emergency which made us feel more safe. She had all of the little things people forget to pack or often don’t need until you are On your vacation. She had some snacks and cold water bottles in the fridge which made us feel more at home and welcomed. Pretty much any amenity you could think of she had from hair dryer to desk fans. She had laundry and dishwasher detergent. Sugar and spices for the kitchen. All the utensils and kitchen where you can think of. She had extra blankets and pillows. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The pillows and beds were comfortable. Blankets were soft and luxurious. Pack and play for a baby. The kids instantly flocked to the toys in the living room. The TV was nice quality with a big screen. The Location was quiet as advertised. Neighborhood felt safe. The house was clean, its smelled nice. I could go on and on about how incredible the host and home was. We will definitely be booking with this host next time. A++

Everything was great! Such a nice, clean inviting home! Great layout for family to gather, (plenty of dishes/silverware, etc) and the fenced in yard (with a deck!) is such a nice bonus! Thanks for helping us make our daughter's wedding weekend just wonderful!!

Quick and Easy!

Great place to stay! Left freshly baked cookies and everything felt like it was ready for those in-laws that don’t appreciate anything but it was important to make a good impression on. Traveling for work? This is the place. I hate leaving a review like this, because it seems like when I do….. it is always taken when I look for it in the future.

The Grand House is grand!!

We very much enjoyed our brief but comfortable time at The Grand House!! It felt just like home with cleanliness, location being central, and all modern features to use and enjoy!!
