Noticed there were several charges to my credit card ,tried resolving this issue during my stay but staff said the Manager would have to look into it. They took my information and i was told manager would contact me but this never happened. I was charged twice for my stay and hsd to gile a Dispute with credit card provider to try and get refund. Still unsure why there were 6 different transactions on my card from the motel.

Was disappointed that the pool wasn't open the whole weekend. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The front desk lady was helpful in making suggestions on things to do.

We had to reactivate our key cards every day. We had to re-register twice. The pool was awful. No TP in any bathroom. Had to ask twice. No TP in our room. Had to ask. Drinking fountain was out of order. The faucet in the women's bathroom was completely loose. (I.E. you could turn it all the way around on the sink. Hall carpeting was loose and wrinkled. Trip hazard for sure. We will not be staying at any Quality Inn and Suites in the future.

Our room was super clean. I have a very sensitive nose and loved the crisp clean look and smell of the towels, pillows, sheets and carpet. I can't praise the establishment enough for staying focused on keeping travelers happy.

The Quality Inn near Carthage was excellent, the room was clean, bathroom excellent, and the parking lot was well maintained and lighted. Only issue was breakfast, there wasn’t any coffee, the juice dispenser only gave out water, and at one point the eggs and sausage were completely out. I did have a great waffle though.

My daughter and I had a very relaxing overnight stay. The only problem that I took care of was we had a cockroach. The shower was great, clean towels, clean sheets and good breakfast. I'd probably stay here again.

Room was ok….but front desk staff was difficult and seemed to not understand that we booked online. then wanted to charge me again and took 45 minutes to finally get a room. Then ten minutes after checking in staff walked in are room without knocking still don’t know why. Breakfast was ok. Hoping this is not a normal thing for this place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. However their breakfast bar was lacking the hot water for tea was cold there was no coffee and no orange juice. The toaster would not toast a bagel on its highest setting and resatred 3 times it came out cold. Nice property clean and neat staff friendly but breakfast underwhelming
