Rooms are big and clean, staff very helpful. Excellent location for all attractions and breakfast is good. Entrance to parking garage is very tight, but you can use public parking just next to the train station which is cheaper and free at night.

We really enjoyed this stay, it was well located and the view gorgeous. When we arrived the lady at the front desk gave us a lovely room and also a nice cup of coffee. Breakfast was excellent and we got to sit in the basement that used to be the old factory but now tastefully renovated. We had dinner there as well and the staff was very attentive and professional, nice evening. Highly recommend this hotel

The property is great, I booked the Deluxe room but it doesn’t have a fridge or microwave so keep that in mind, also when I checked in the sheets were stained and has holes on them and so i immediately asked the Front desk agent about it and Lovisa said they can get it changed tomorrow. Although they should have moved our room instead and since its a Sunday but rather she offered to change sheets instead after being there for 20mins after checking in , they didn’t apologize either. The shower tiles have discoloration and haven’t been cleaned thoroughly. As a Front Service Manager from a hotel and casino in vegas i know they can do better with service . But overall the property is great, breakfast is great and their staff at the restaurant are amazing and even had a birthday dinner at NOR. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to details and Front Desk agents need to accommodate better.

Overall a very good experience. Great breakfast, clean room and very nice reception. The pool has very limited opening hours so we never got around to try it. Very tight parking garage (which is not owned by the hotel and a bit pricey during daytime). But all in all a really good stay.

Very modern hotel in perfect location in Jonkoping. Super dog friendly and a great breakfast buffet with a wide selection. Would definitely recommend and stay again if visiting Jonkoping.

Overall, the stay was great! It would be even better though if we had the chance to pay for the parking at the reception. It might not be owned by the hotel but there can be some fix for it, to ease the hotel's guests.

Make sure you book the breakfast if you want it. Because the reception are not very nice, they have zero empathy for those who accidentally forget to add breakfast. They then think it’s perfectly reasonable to charge 3 times the amount for breakfast. Animals.
