"Booked 2 nights so i could checknin early and messaged ahead. No communication at all the entire stay. Numner on expedia doesnt work. Nimber at front desk isnt answered. Message the property option - no response. Then inwas locked out just prior to checknout - of thr property. The lock mechanism is just a push locknon a normal door handle. "This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I wasn't going to book it as I don't stay in 3 star hotels but glad I did - as the hotel is fantastic. The level of customer service was noticeably excellent. Easily a higher 4 star hotel. There's a lot of history about this hotel and it's owner. I recommend taking the time to research it. 100% recommended to stay here during your trip to Melaka. Thank you to all the brilliant hard working staff in the hotel."
