From the moment you walk in, the property is clean & inviting. The front desk staff (Robert & Cory?) were delightful & hospitable. Rooms were clean & spacious. Helpful to have microwave & fridge. The little touches made a big difference (positive messages on the bananas, smiley stickers on the apples, cookies in the evening, variety of hot breakfast items, photos on the room number plaques). Just a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

drain in the bathtub was not working properly. Toilet when flushed took awhile to shut off. Curtain on window needed to be repaired. This was our go to hotel to use when travelling. It may not be the case if the property is not maintained.

We are very sorry that there were issues with the hot water handle. We do have hot water in the urn with the coffee pots. The handle on the optional hot water dispenser broke and we have ordered another one. We would have gladly gotten you hot water from several other places. I had bed bugs in my bed that bit my husband 3 times on his head a neck. I took a picture of the bed bug and his bits. We left at 1am in the morning. The service ladies at the desk was excellent

We appreciate your bringing this matter to our attention. We have put this room out of order and called a professional exterminator to examine the room. We have removed to mattresses and checked every inch of this room, bedrails, headboard etc. We take these matters very serious! We have not found anything in the room thus far, but we definitely will treat it as if we did.

We stop here every year after we leave Florida. The mattresses are not as firm as in previous years. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is decent. Upon check in you receive free bottles of water,freshly baked cookies and popcorn. Great location right off the highway with quite a few fast food options for a tiny town.

The hotel property was very well kept. When you go inside they were decorated for Christmas. Beautiful trees and decorations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and pillows were great! Parking was easy. There were restaurants within walking distance.

Great Place to Stay
Our stay was wonderful! Friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel was decorated beautifully with holiday decor. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Coffee, fresh fruit, popcorn and cookies were available at any time and breakfast was wonderful. My husband and I will definitely stay there again.
