"Best part about our experience was how attentive the staff serving breakfast was. Ms. Rebeca, specifically, was very polite and helpful. The food was great, especially the waffles and the jugo verde. 10/10 Another great plus was the free shuttle from airport to hotel and back. Drivers were on time, attentive and very helpful. Overall, we had a good experience in the things that matter to us for a one night stay: breakfast and airport shuttle. The hotel itself meets expectations of cleanliness and quality. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice as I’ve had long layovers in Mexico City on my way to South America. Trying to sleep in an airport is awful so having a hotel within the airport to stay in is a lifesaver especially with children. I also appreciate that they have day rates if you’d rather not want around the airport all day as well. The price is very reasonable. The staff is very professional. The amenities are a sweet bonus. basically my go to hotel whenever I’m stuck in the Mexico City airport for long layovers."
