When we asked for water from staff we were told to go buy it in the vending machine (rudely) which ironically, does not sell water. Disappointed. Also very noisy, can hear ...

There was no continental breakfast, staff on duty was asleep. Literally had to wake him up, then he puts out English muffins with his bare hands. Asked to speak with the manager, but was told that he didn't know when the manager would be in.
