"Fantastic stay start to finish. Needed a larger home to house immediate family for my daughter’s wedding in richmond area. Wife arrived a little early…owners were quick to reach out and make arrangements to get inside so wife could knock out some work remotely before the vacation. House was well decorated and had fresh flowers in several rooms. Hallway had a welcome sign and a personal handwritten note also welcoming us. Fridge had complimentary drinks. Candy dishes in several rooms. Plenty of room to spread out…essentially five bedrooms plus living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, sun room and porch. Beautiful neighborhood with plenty of room to park in the cul de sac. Master bath had spacious bathtub with epson salt and oatmeal packets available. Two car garage available…used it for rehearsing father daughter dance. Publix not too far away for food shopping. Excellent owner communication throughout stay. Very much appreciated having the house to make the wedding weekend comfortable and special. Thanks so much!!!"

"The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! "
