"As soon as we got there our room had to be moved due to not following thru with phone convo the day before about king but lady was helpful and upgraded our room to a suite due to miscommunication. As soon as we got in our room we noticed how dirty it was. Bugs all over windows and air conditioner. We found a brown dried up used condom on the floor by bed. Bathtub had pubs all over it and there was absolutely no hot water for a shower. Had to take a cold one. The housekeeper did clean up the condom for us but in my opinion for all being wrong and nasty that should have been a free night outta 2 at least."
