"The holiday ambience was great. The staff was friendly in all areas, the room clean, and amenities a nice extra touch. The only hiccup was that the coffee bar breakfast service was a bit slow to complete our order and not entirely accurate. "

Every person was kind, friendly and helpful in whatever way possible. They all greeted my seven month old baby every day with a smile and a conversation. "The room, service and hospitality were all top notch. The breakfast was so so because you didn’t offer eggs without cheese. And the potatoes were much too spicy. The juice and coffee were very good. The breakfast room was very comfortable, clean, organized and welcoming. I will definitely stay again the next time I am visiting. "

"The staff was so friendly across the entire stay. Everyone was fantastic! The room was clean and it was a lovely historical hotel, but the staff really went above and beyond. The only downside was that there were people outside that were on some elicit substances and there was a fight involving dogs while I was there with my two young daughters. It did make me feel rather unsafe. That is more location based, nothing against the staff or the hotel. "
