Parking-lot needs to be redone and there were a few cobwebs in the halls but the room was stocked and very clean. TV worked perfectly, fridge was silent, lights were adequate and bathroom fresh and clean. The bed was very comfy as well. Lobby area was simple and cozy with easy access food and drinks. A big positive was that there are many places to eat within walking distance (5-10 minutes). My favorite part of the stay was, by far, the staff; every staff member I encountered was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Very run down. Our room door only shut if you lifted up. We had no hot water. And our TV didn’t work. Luckily we only were staying one night.

Upon our arrival there was approximately 4 squares of toilet paper left on the roll along with a nasty smell of seafood and marijuana in the room. When asking for a roll of toilet paper from the front desk, they didn’t have any and had to send someone with a roll…30 minutes later. An hour into our stay the fire alarm was going off and we had to evacuate…not that anyone told us to because there was no staff to be found. When we woke up there was also zero coffee cups for our in room coffee maker. This was probably the worst experience we’ve ever had in a hotel.
