Newly renovated house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything needed for your stay will be provided including Keurig and cooking utensils . Pets are welcome with a fenced in yard. We also offer a 2 car garage. Centrally located in the center of Broome County, We are a mile from SUNY Binghamton, the Pharmacy school and Lourdes/ Guthrie and Wilson Hospital.

This home was a perfect choice for us. My adult sons all live several hours away from me. We all were able to meet here and have our Christmas celebration, with just a couple of hours of driving for all. The location was very convenient and nearby several restaurants and shopping areas. The house was a good size, and tastefully decorated. Brian stopped by to say hello and to see if we needed anything.
