"I booked for me and my children. The manager knocked on my door and told me I had to make my kids be quiet. Mind you they are 1 & 3. My 1 year old had never stayed away from home before so she was upset.. the room smelled awful & the carpet was wet. When I went to ask for a different room he said there were none available and basically said there was nothing he could do ."
