"The hotel restaurant food was very tasty and the rooms were clean and well maintained. However we asked to have the room cleaned twice while we were there and to have our linen changed and it did not happen during our stay. Also had to beg for clean towels/washcloths and was told one night that they were out of towels and we would have to wait until the morning time, second night towels were being washed and we had to wait for someone to bring them up to room. By time someone came it was after midnight and we were sleep."

"Our rooms were supposed to be to be adjoining but they weren't and that they could not accommodate us. Parking was around the corner and across the street and closed at a certain time no in or out but parking prices ok. The breakfast made me sick I was stuck in bed and could not enjoy the rest of my day with my family. The rooms were clean, hotel was clean and staff greeted everyone coming in and out"

"This was a great property in the perfect place. You can walk to restaurants, stores, the park, and Bayview Medical Center. I needed to have access to these things during my stay and I was pleasantly surprised at how centrally located the property was to all of it.The host, Sarabina, was amazing. Her communications were warm and quickly responsive. She made me feel extremely welcome and has provided many thoughtful touches to make your stay as a guest comfortable and enjoyable.I would absolutely stay here again!"
