Hotel was clean, and pretty, and great amenities with the 2 pools. Don't forget to check out the 2nd pool on the roof with the see thru floor that can be also seen from the lobby below. Great and friendly staff and walking distance to all of south beach's favorites like Mango's and Clevelander just to name a couple.

Was told at first that my room would be available at 2:45pm. Wasn’t given the key until 4pm. Also, room wasn’t as good as in the past (different room than last time). This one wasn’t in as good condition as the last time - water pressure was very weak, and some of the furniture was very worn.
